These reviews are NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I EXPERIENCED! Unfortunately, my father passed in Port Arthur Texas and since this funeral home dealt with my grandma parents death, & relatives ~ she thought we should continue using them!! CLEARLY they must be under new Mgmt because not only were they EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE to the reasoning we where there, they were ALSO RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!! I do not stay in a small town so I never experienced such rudeness from a FUNERAL HOME! I was appalled! No beverage was even offered while we waited over a hour for paperwork! Torrian Alexander made you feel like he only cared about how much your insurance policy was! I cancelled everything and took my father to a funeral home I felt love in simply by walking in the door ~ Proctor Mortuary in Beaumont, Texas! I did tell Torrian Alexander the tall guy CLEARLY THIS IS NOT HIS PASSION & HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THEY LOST A LONG TIME CLIENT!!
