The staff there was amazing, being a former employee and also entrusting Jason and Sabrina in the care of my loved ones when they passed I could not and would not ask for anyone else! They have always done an amazing job and are the kindest most caring people. The entire staff at Cromartie Miller funerals and Cremations treat you like family and are always there even after the funeral and business is said and done.

Jason and Sabrina were very caring and accommodating when my grandmother died. Her service was completely personalized and they paid close attention to detail. They picked up on little stories that we shared just out of our grief and used them to do a special set up for us in their lobby. I would definitely use them again. Very disappointing. The paperwork for the honor guard was not done, the flowers were lost, the headstone paperwork they sent out was incorrect, and, as we were following the hearse to the funeral, the fineral directoe was all over the road, changing lanes, and almost missing proper exits. Oh, to top it off, the flag was NOT drapped over the coffin.

It is never good when you have to bury a child. Sabrina and Jason helped lay my son to rest. Not only did they do their best to ease the pain me and my wife were feeling but was actually there for us. They went above and beyond for us. They both took it personal. It was like we were family. This funeral home seriously went above and beyond when planning a funeral for my nephew. Jason and his crew worked tirelessly, night and day to get accomplished what we wanted. They made accommodations with anything we came up with, even last minute things. They took into consideration my nephews likes and even had a sandbox set up and little baggies they had his picture and a quote printed on. They bought my nephew a blanket that went along with his name. They seriously make it very personal. They listen. They care. They treat you like family. We couldnt have picked a better funeral home and will appreciate their outstanding efforts for the rest of our lives.

They handled all funeral services for my dad. Jason and Sabrina IMMEDIATELY embraced us and became a part of my family. I was telling the story about how much he loved his family, how we had to eat at 5 o’clock everyday because that was family time around the table, he loved westerns, and he loved rice with every meal. They gave us the utmost warming viewing I had ever been to. When we arrived and the funeral home for the viewing, there was a table in the foyer with places set for a four person family. On the table was a box of rice and on the wall was a clock set to 5 o’clock. On another table there was a flat screen TV playing westerns. All this was symbolic of who Thomas Monds was.

During the passing of my father, Cromartie's staff was very compassionate, professional and understanding. Dad's service was flawless. They were even able to obtain the music from the 50's, which was his favorite. We traveled a great distance to our family's cemetery resting place and the escort was most helpful as we had many folks attending the burial service. Our father was a commissioned officer and the Honor Guard was a nice touch as suggested by their Funeral Director. Thank you to the staff of Cromartie for making this difficult time less challenging.
