We had to make a slight detour through Iriquois Falls on our way to Moonbeam, ON. Our target was Tim Horton's as we had to get lunch. Great staff and usual selection of food. Washrooms were clean and ample parking space for our cars with trailers.

Half of the items on the menu weren't available ( at 12:45) I took the lentil soup that was really watered down and the noodles were not cooked enough. The teenage cashier had way more attitude than a chiwawa barking at a pitbull on the other side of the fence. 2/10 would send enemies to eat there.

Most of the staff are great. A lot of times the service inside is too slow. In drive thru, there's coffee & tea grinds in my drinks. Inside the store, food orders are slow. I would recommend more staff working from about 4pm & later. The inside of the building is falling apart. Repairs are long overdue.

Out of all the Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too, this one is my favourite!! There is nothing worse than grabbing your first coffee of the day and it’s not made right! Am I right!!?? This specific store has made every coffee I’ve purchased there right! I absolutely love not having to worry if my coffee is gonna taste like it should. Morning or night, they get it right!

There's one specific lady here that makes going through drive thru fun! For the most part this Tim Horton's has it together. I highly recommend doing something about your pavement. It's been in very very bad condition for a long time. Its dangerous for vehicles actually.

Coffee is the best tasting. No stingy taste like Timmins and Sudbury. Donuts are good when available. Many times out of certain flavor. All other foods are well prepared although everyone makes mistakes. The place needs a overhaul. Also found the floors dirty. Washrooms not the cleanest and so are all the Tim Horton. Maybe something for head office to look into with all Tim Hortons.

Some good people work here but the coffee and sandwiches are very inconsistent. Dark roast coffee is nothing like any other Tim's Hortons and tastes like water and cream. Drive thru at times can be very slow.

The staff are friendly and orders rarely ever get messed up. It’s unfortunate tho that you could be waiting 10-15 mins for a coffee. I think the town of Cochrane should open another Tim Hortons because the people at this one usually have to deal with drive-thru lines to the main road all day. On top of in-store orders. Keep in mind if you go and have to wait, it’s not the workers fault. If your in a rush, make sure your able to wait for 10 mins or so if going.
