Found this business to be seriously lacking in good judgement, ethics and sensitivity to family members. They foolishly chose not to inform family members who contacted them for information about the burial plans of their beloved mother. The family found out a month after the fact that their mother had already been buried without a ceremony or the parish priest being informed. This kind of conduct during a pandemic is shocking and disgraceful. It demonstrates a need to change the laws around the rights of seniors to have their wishes met not only when they are still living but also when they die. Our mother's heart is no doubt broken over this injustice. She loved her daughters dearly and to exclude them from knowing what the burial plans were just demonstrates a total lack of ethics and respect for the wishes of seniors.
