I booked a ticket and had to reschedule. I spoke is a customer service representative that told me I would be able to get a credit by talking to the finance dept. After contacting then I was told I had a credit which I could then use anytime by calling reservations. When I did so they said the credit was already used and there was nothing I could do. THEY STRAIGHT UP ROBBED ME! I will never fly with Canadian North again!
