We just had an ice storm over the weekend and you can't clear the walking path in front of your establishment so (disabled) people who travel by bus can get to the clinic next door?? That's pretty careless unless. Someone could definitely fall and get hurt!

Such a terrible experience. If there is one thing I can impart upon you with this review it’s that this home is not the place to honour the memory and legacy of your loved ones. I am still stricken with grief and not in the frame of mind to give detailed accounts of the multiple incidents that have lead me to write this. But please take my words of caution and reduce the harm of tragedy by finding a more reputable and sensitive staff to make your final arrangements.

Losing someone you love is already hard enough, then factor in the cost of a funeral in addition to your loved ones wishes, and it makes one extremely stressful time. I can truly say that picking this funeral home for the second time now was the best decision our family could have made. At DeStefano’s Funeral Home, from the first greeting until the last good-bye our experience was incredible. Graham and his staff were warm, kind and professional. The offered us comfort and put us at ease at a very difficult time in our lives. They quickly made us feel that they would help get us through all the arrangements that had to be made, which can be very over whelming. Graham listened to all our wishes for our Mother’s “Celebration of Life” and never once did he push anything different on us. He took control of everything, relieving us from a very large burden. Every wish was met in a speedy and professional manner, but not for a minute did we feel we had to make quick decisions. Graham spent a huge amount of time with us covering every aspect of the preparations that were to be made. He met with all family members involved with making the decisions for our Mother. On the day of our Mother’s “Celebration of Life” the only thing we had to do was arrive. Graham had gone above and beyond. The room where we greeted guests was set up so elegantly, meeting all our wishes to honour a loving, elegant woman that was our Mom. Graham and his wonderful staff made the “Celebration of our Mother’s life” very memorable. From our first meeting to the last detail of the Celebration of Life - every single aspect from service to atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Adrienne was extremely helpful, kind and compassionate. She guided us through our options and helped tailor our service to meet our needs. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend the Destefano Funeral Home. In addition, the overall costs were very reasonable and clearly presented to us with a variety of options to meet our budget. There was no high pressure to do this or do that, but rather a friendly, informed and straight-forward approach to accommodating our wishes within our financial framework. The video tribute was phenomenal and professionally completed. It may sound weird to say that a Celebration of Life was amazing, but it's the truth.
