Calisto and Maurizio were instrumental in helping us make arrangements, giving us advice and helping us to make sure my father had an incredible send off. As my first experience with the passing of a close relative, I could not have asked for a better group of kind people helping us through the process. The staff were professional and kind! Reasonable rates and very clean and roomy enough for large crowds. I loved them how they treated our family, when our parents passed away a decade and half apart. I will use them again, in the future. Thanks to all at friscolanti.

After almost being suckered into paying over $4000 for a basic cremation, no service at 3 other funeral home, Friscolanti offered the exact same service for $2300. $1700 cheaper! It was a simple pickup the deceased from the hospital, prepare for cremation, cremate, return the remains and file the death certificate. Exact service at the other funeral homes on the mountain and what was offered here. Sad to say, but I know there is more services needed in my future and I will go here for all of them.

Adriano was absolutely wonderful, as was his staff When my mother passed they went above & beyond. They allowed my daughter & myself to prep her, & she looked absolutely beautiful. Several years later my husband's sister passed & we went to another funeral home. She looked absolutely horrible. She didn't even look like herself. I gave my compliments to the person responsible & told them "lucky for me, she''ll never have to prep me,because my family will be told to go to Friscolanti." This was our experience also when her husband & other people that later went to that particular home. My sister in law was a beautiful woman. Friscolanti staff is tops in every way

I am soooo happy to write this review!! I had an experience like none other. I had to say goodbye to my 25 year old son. As death is hard for anyone believe when I say I had NO CLUE what needed to be done. We started with Alex and finished with Catherine who explained all the things I needed to do for my son's daughter like CPP etc. Now I needed something very special done with my son's ashes and even though they had never ever been asked to do this. They were able to accommodate my request. They made a very hard experience manageable because they met it with both compassion and kindness. A very warm and sincere thank you ????

Definitely recommend!! You and your loved one will be treated with kindness and respect. The staff embody professionalism, kindness, compassion, competence and efficiency. 16 years ago when my father passed away they were wonderful and just recently my mom passed away, they were just as wonderful. I had a complicated situation of being out of town and wanted to bring back my mother to rest with my dad. I also had a very tight timeline to deal with because my mother was in a nursing home. They even drove up in a snowstorm to recover her body risking their own lives. They did most of the work behind the scenes and just asked me to make specific decisions. They communicated via email and phone which made it so easy. Thank you to all the staff for being so incredible and going above and beyond.

Friscolanti Funeral Chapel has been the family choice for years. My Dad passed away unexpectedly and without a doubt we contacted Friscolanti’s. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated with all respect. It is a family owned/operated business and they definitely make you feel like “family”. Dad was made to look like he was sleeping and at peace which gave us comfort. I highly recommend contacting Friscolanti’s when the inevitable occurs. Was recommended through a friend that the staff was friendly and helpful but that's not the case. I'm 30 years old, looking for a funeral home for my mother who passed. The director seems very cold and no emotions. The lack of compassion I felt I did not like. This is the first doing all this with just my sister and I and I thought they would be more helpful with things and so on. If you're looking for a place for your loved ones I really don't recommend this place. Show more emotions and be more understanding. Total price for cremation was 6000. Not sure if they see two young people and try to put the price high.

From the very first email that I sent Alex about pre-funeral plans for my parents to that inevitable day when our Father passed recently he was an exceptional professional in all aspects. He made this period of our lives run so smoothly. His dedication to all the details made it so easy to handle our Fathers passing. We cannot express our thanks to Alex enough. I had a horrible experience. The director were uncampassionate. While I was viewing my mother to say goodbye. They were having loud conversation outside. I had gone outside to ask them to be more respectful and the one worker looked at me and said she was talking about something and continued on. The worst place ever. I was so hurt over their rudeness. Do not waste your finally goodbye expiernce in this place!
