Very passionate and considerate during a very hard time losing a dear friend. When someone you care about has their life turned upside down it is nice to know they are treated with complete respect and compassion. JA Snow Funeral Home took care of everything the family needed leading up to the service, during the service and after. They went out of their way with all of the details to make the service personable. It is not an easy time for a family to lose someone, it is nice to know they had the support when they needed it the most.

I have never given a Google review before, but in the case of JA Snow's, I simply had to share my experiences with the public, as I know that when they are needed, people are vulnerable and require extra care. I have had to employ Snow's twice in the past 4 years, and both times we were treated with care, grace, professionalism, sensitivity, and fairness. Most recently I worked with Marie and Lorraine, both wonderful at their jobs, but the entire staff were truly compassionate and excellent with my family members during a time of grief and crisis. And honestly, I thought pricing was fair and included many services I would not have wanted to deal with myself at that time. I am grateful to all at Snow's and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used the services of Snow's Funeral home in Clayton Park when my mom passed away in December of 2016 and when recently my dad passed away in March of 2018. They were wonderful to deal with. Andrew, our funeral director, on both occasions, was fantastic. He is very nice, professional and took time to go over every detail. We had beautiful funerals for both of my parents. I would highly recommend them when you need to plan a funeral.

Elegant, very well maintained, and the staff go out of their way to assist. The funeral director assigned to us, Andrew, was fantastic. We met once to go over details and cost, and essentially everything else was taken care of and we were allowed to grieve in peace for the next several days. There were only a few things he asked us to back to him about, which we immediately forgot. Andrew simply sent a polite email reminder, and everything was set. I can't stress enough how nice it was to answer a few questions then know everything was being handled for us. Cancelling SIN #, contacting the M.E., transport, crematorium, music, service, etc... even little touches that we would have never thought of.

The staff at JA Snow Funeral Home including Lorainne Wagner were professional and assisted in covering all areas required during the recent passing of my father. Everyone should sit down with someone like Marie Sanchez, who assists families in pre-arrangement funeral planning. Marie is very knowledgeable and helps to select plans that will fit into anyone's price range. Not only did I take care of my father's needs, but I also secured pre-arrangements for my immediate family which brings peace of mind for the future.

Due to this pandemic we had a very small service with just me and my two daughters and one husband when we went in to identify her the last time. Again they had placed her in a casket and she look. Racists, immoral! - I don’t know how good the service that they provide, but they doing their business by hurting the neighborhood’s interests! Letting their guests parking on the private parking spot, and when we call to complain. The receptionist is very rude, not professional at all. And the director is definitely a racist, because he is very polite to a white boy when he complaint, saying that IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THEIR GUESTS THAT DON’T PARK AT THR PRIVATE PARKING SPOTS. When I try to talk to him, he ask me to leave without any explanation. What I can think is because I’m a ASIAN. The staff dressed in a decent way but really don’t know how to respect human being!!
