My daughter that passed away suddenly on March 3 had her viewing and funeral this passed weekend. I did not get proper closure. The director provided no direction at the wake. People just aimlessly walked around. At the funeral the director once again failed to do her job and turned her back right on me and my family (grandmother, sisters and aunt) I never witnessed such disrespect until the funeral started and not one person was mentioned on her mother’s side. I had called the funeral home asking them what I can do insisting that I be involved. They told me I had to run it by her father. Her father had no say in anything. His wife ran everything. When my mother asked the director why this happened they lied and told her they reached out to me and I refused to be involved. I do not even recommend this organization to run a pet cemetery. It was appalling what they put a grieving mother through! They should be so ashamed!

I have to say i have had to arrange many funerals but this was a experience ill never forget. Brooke was kind helpfull did everything for us all we had to do was sign papers. She looked after all the notifications to stop health card sin and more. She did in 1 hr what it took me in the past half a day. It made the process easy so we could focus on why we were there saying goodbye. Thank you for everything brooke. We wont forget what you did for us.
