Dealing with the passing of a loved one is such a difficult part of life. Unfortunately, it is a process that we all must go through. Our hearts were broken and our minds weary but Kollin seemed to make every step in this process a little easier. Sydney Memorial Chapel has been there for us through a lot of difficult times. They know what needs to be done and they exercise care and compassion in the planning of every detail. Upon our latest need for Kollin and his entire staff, everything was complicated by the pandemic but they still found a way to provide a beautiful service in their lovely chapel. We couldn’t be surrounded by our friends and extended family but Kollin, Liam and Ken offered us the support we needed. They looked after everything from music to burial and all details in between. They are true professionals! At some of the worst times in our lives, Sydney Memorial Chapel was able to help us breathe a little easier. Knowing we were dealing with people who understood what we were going through, people that wanted to help us through a difficult time, allowed us to grieve in the most comfortable way possible. They are the right choice and we are so lucky to have them. I cannot thank them enough!

After the loss of two loved ones in less than two years, and working with the staff at SMC both times, I can say that all of the staff are wonderful. As difficult as a time like this is, the staff some how makes the whole process easier. Kollin is wonderful to work with, and even with COVID restrictions made our service for my grandmother as beautiful as he possibly could. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with such an unfortunate circumstance, they will make you feel as comfortable as you could possibly be in a time like that.

Genuinely kind and considerate, the entire staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs and requests are looked after, giving you time to grieve and remember. They are more like that friend that's there for you, it's not hard to forget they are a business. Thank you for everything
