Worst service ever. My grandma passed away from Covid . We made arrangements and due to lack of communication everything went downhill from there. They did offer me a necklace at no charge but it still doesn’t make up for what me and my kids went through .

Philippe Robert and Morane were exceptionally friendly and showed active listening throughout the process when planning arrangements for my half-father who died last month. My half-father did not want a funeral service, but rather a private ceremony between family and at no time did we feel the pressure to change our minds. Not impressed with the service we got from them. Didn't get the flowers we asked for wrong colour. Some paperwork was not done properly. We got flowers from someone that had nothing attached to it to identify who they came from and 9 months later we found the sender of the flowers and that they had sent a long note along with the flowers. That was extremely embarrassing for my family. Hope that this doesn't happen to anybody else. Amen

We are very satisfied with the service we have received. Patrice Lambert is very polite and kind, and also fast to return my calls. The service was beautiful and well set up. Patrice did a great job and I called him yesterday to thank him for all he did for us. We really liked the priest and he gave us a great mass. We were happy that the priest came to the cemetery as well. The only thing we were disappointed with, is the webcast. We had a "montage" of picture of the deceased and no one was able to see it from their computers. Also the camera was not situated properly.
