My spouse was prevented from seeing the body of his son following a contract signed with the mother excluding him from having the possibility of seeing the body of his son. This practice is inhuman and totally against the rights of parentage. (Original) Nous nous questionnons sur une pratique concernant les contrats signés avec cette entreprise autorisant l'exclusion d'un parent de voir le corps de son enfant décédé. Est-ce que cette pratique est basée sur un code de déontologie? Mon conjoint a été empêché de voir le corps de son fils suite à un contrat signé avec la mère l'excluant d'avoir la possibilité de voir le corps de son fils. Cette pratique est inhumaine et totalement contre les droits de filiation.

There is no doubt that these cemeteries are very beautiful and peaceful. Most of my family is buried there and throughout the years they have been very helpful. I don't know if there has been a change of management but the customer service now in 2021 is certainly deteriorated. I know they have been very busy but the telephone tag and non return of calls is ridiculous. Very frustrating to try to make arrangements to bury a loved one especially while grieving.
