He doesn’t care about the people mourning their loss of their loved one. THE ONLY THING THIS PIG HEAD MAN CARES ABOUT IS MONEY ! He wasn’t considerate of us mourning once so ever. In fact, he threatened my father, whom might I add, was mourning the sudden lost of his wife. My father is also a war veteran & suffers from PTSD. The price he gave us was way unreasonable. DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING !

They were in the office laughing so loudly during my mother’s viewing I asked them to close the door to respect my family, THEY REFUSED me and my sister made our mother’s slide show ourselves & the lady was asking us for pointers as if she didn’t know how to do her job & then they played the wrong slide show at her funeral. They were a complete mess. & they should be shut down. I’m upset and hurt that they were ever recommended to me. Henry did his best to make our time better after such a bad experience but as long as VALERIE works there I will not be back. Thank you Henry instead of 1star I’ll give you 2 for trying. It was my mother though, so I will never forget this treatment.
