It's apparent to me that the individuals runnng this company have no clue how to properly maintain their roadways in icy conditions. We pay thousands of dollars for a good service and they can't even make sure their roadways in the cemetary are properly salted in good time to have the ice melted. There was absolutely no ice on regular roads driving to the location, but as soon as I'm turning in, my vehicle hits a sheet of ice and hits their entrance gate, leaving me with a flat tire and my entire drivers side corner panel, bumper, hood and etc destroyed. They assured me that they've laid 6 applicatioins of salt on their roadways, but WHEN? 8 oclock this morning when the service was at 10?? Using mediocre equipment yields mediocre results, and I'M the one paying for it now. There was freezing rai5n YESTERDAY, there was plenty of time to properly handle this situation. There's absolutely NO excuse for this. This is the LAST thing I wanted to deal with on the day I had to bury my grandfather. So thanks for the serice, I'll be sure nobody I know ever comes here.

Today we just buried my aunt who was like a second Mom to me and I want to send a special thanks Monty he really did my aunt respectfully and made her look at peace so a super shout out to Divine Mercy your staff was very empathetic inviting and they made it their mission to help me and my family be at peace at such a difficult time EVEN with the COVID 19 PANDEMIC going on. Our family's experience with Divine Mercy Funeral Home was excellent. When we realized that our mother was nearing the end of her life, several of us siblings had taken care of pre-arrangements with the funeral home staff. Their questions were detailed and thorough, but not intrusive. We were asked about our mother's and our wishes, and, when appropriate, options were suggested. My principal impression of the funeral home and visitation rooms was the sense of peace that enveloped me. -- When my mother's time came, the funeral home staff acted with respect, dignity, compassion, and professionalism. They anticipated our every need and offered advice when we requested it. The Visitations, Mass, and cemetery service were deeply meaningful, with the funeral home staff in attendance but never intrusive. Numerous family members and friends commented on the beauty of the funeral home and cemetery grounds as well as how seamlessly Divine Mercy staff had handled all the funeral details. I highly recommend them.

The Divine Mercy Funeral Home staff and facilities are all first-class. From the moment you enter you are warmly greeted and you feel at ease...more like you are visiting a 4 star hotel than a funeral "parlor" of old. I am an that age where I go to more funerals than weddings so I have seen quite a few facilities in the past several years. The Divine Mercy Funeral Home is undoubtedly the finest funeral home I have visited. 5 Stars is not enough.

The facility is beautiful. NO more the traditional "funeral parlor". It is a multi- windowed, bright, aesthetically pleasing, happy place to celebrate someones life. We made our pre-funeral arrangements and ALL staff there that day were welcoming, friendly, and REFRESHING!! Thank you Diocese of Fort Wayne!

My uncle passed away December 24, 2018 and our family was promised his stone would be up in four months and it is almost a year a half later and his stone is STILL not up. This is an outrage and complete disrespect to the family members. It shows no care towards the people who lost a loved one.

I witnessed the accident that Tyler referred to in an earlier post and would like to respond. While the accident was unfortunate and did damage Tyler's car as stated, he was driving on Lake Avenue and was traveling too fast for the road conditions at the time of the accident. Tyler braked and simultaneously tried to negotiate a right hand turn into the cemetery and crashed into the cemetery entrance. The accident was caused by the icy conditions on Lake Avenue which is not a part of Catholic Cemetery. Again, the accident was unfortunate but was not the fault of Catholic Cemetery.

Brother in laws headstone still not in place after 1 1/2 year!!! Stone and funeral were paid in full at the time of arrangements. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! No excuse!!! Grace has been ready for stone placement long ago!!!

These place is horrible! They lied big time for an employee to cover up from the employee stealing an item from someone else. I was very pleasant to them and they turned on me!!! It is very sad that a Catholic facility would behave in this manner! I was truly appalled at their behavior that I am letting everyone know to NOT go there for funeral services. Horrible general home???????????? servicess. All alot of companies do is cover up for each other when bad things happen. I am truly appalled and disappointed
