When my brother passed away,I called them to retrieve his body,it took 7 hours to come from Dardenell to Paris,when they got there it was a 70 year old man that needed help putting my brother's body on the gurney,I was upset and griefstriken,I called the director he told me it took 7 hours because they were busy,when I complained about having to help handle my brother's body he said a lot of people wanted to do that and told me I should change my tone,I would not let this place bury my dog let alone another loved one
