I highly recommend Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home. The people that work there are very caring and compassionate. My family has been using them for several years. They took care of the services for several of my family members, two of which were recent. They even called to check on how I was doing after I lost my dad last month.

As most of you know a couple weeks ago my mother in law had passed. I couldn't have asked for a more loving caring and accepting person in my life. With that being said I would like to bring notice to Agent Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw,ok. I have never dealt with a more insensitive and incompetent company in my life. They seemed very professional and caring while taking information for my mother in law's and families final wishes but that was just an act. First of all it me calling them 4 times over the span of a week and a half to get her obituary corrected. After this we had noticed that her obituary hadn't ran in all the papers we payed for through the funeral home. I contacted the paper, wouldn't you know they hadn't been notified of the obituary. Make things worst I then got a hold of Mallory funeral home of sallisaw,ok again and they tell me the newspaper is lying to me, I doubt that. Lastly my mother in law was an amputee and wished to have her prosthetic donated back to the maker, we made this perfectly clear to the funeral director Tad. Today my wife and I went to the funeral home to retrieve her prosthetic and was given a 1 gallon ziploc bag with ashes and hardware. Companies in this line of work are supposed to help make a difficult time go smoother. Agent Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw,ok and funeral director Tad just made a difficult time even more difficult. I highly caution anyone from using this heartless and insensitive company. This was my families review and somehow it got deleted from here! Such a shame

All the staff was great with us in our loss of our baby Levi. They were all courteous, respectful and great people. They made sure the service went as we wanted. They made sure we got as much time as needed with her. I would recommend them in your time of loss.

I spoke with Brian and he assured me he would set up everything. I will tell you he is an honest, helpful, and a caring man. He set it all up. It was small. If I could give this place a negative 10 stars, I would. 1st they get my mothers obituary wrong. We called to make them aware of this before it was ran in the paper, yet was ran in the paper wrong. Called once again to let them know and they finally corrected it and ran it again in the following weeks paper. We paid to have it ran in another paper also, for we have yet to see. My mother had a prosthetic leg for which we were going to donate back to the maker, and they were fully aware of our plans yet they burnt her prosthetic up when they cremated her. We were unaware of that until we went to pick her leg up and it was a burnt up mess in a 1 gallon size ziploc bag. We have made several attempts to make sure that everything was correct and have had nothing but problems. All I keep hearing is I'm so sorry. Correct the mistakes in the beginning so we don't have to call so many times to try to get the things corrected. Maybe then there won't be so many I'm sorries. This was supposed to make the grievance process easier but it hasn't been easier at all.

Having a loved one pass away is obviously an extremely sad and stressful time! You don’t know what to do and if you did you can’t think past the grief you feel. Agent Mallory Funeral Home and all their staff were so very sympathetic, caring, patient and kind to us and walked us through all that we had to do for my mother. In addition to taking care of her they also filed the life claim for us and waited for their payment until that claim was processed. Therefore alleviating the financial stress of loosing a loved one as well. In the past couple months since my mother passed they have reached out numerous times by text to say they are thinking of me and my family and if there is anything they can do please call! They are there to listen and support you through your grief!! Nothing can ever take away the pain and sorrow you feel after loosing your mother , but knowing that they truly care and are there to encourage and lift the family up does truly help!!
