In an incredibly stressful and sad time of my life, Lisa and the staff at Hetherington and Deans took amazing care of my family. The compassion and care shown to my family and to my husband will always be remembered and appreciated. The extraordinary times we have been in were an obstacle but Lisa made making the arrangements a very calm and good experience. My family and I will never forget the kindness and compassion given to us by all of the amazing staff and especially Lisa. Stay safe in these crazy times and thank you once again.

A Heartfelt thank you to Lisa Ayers at Hetherington & Deans who went above and beyond for our family when our mom passed away. She is a genuinely caring and kind person who brought a much needed calmness and compassion to four emotional daughters who just lost their mother. We're so grateful to Lisa for listening patiently to each of us (we inundated her with calls and messages) to make sure that our final goodbye to our mom was everything we wanted it to be. She also took care of our Dad when he passed away 18 mths ago... it was a bit of a difficult and unusual situation but Lisa managed to give our dad and his family a peaceful and lovely goodbye. She is a gracious and warm person (also very organized) and we are deeply thankful to her for getting us through a heartbreaking time twice. I also want to thank Marie Ayers for her thoughtfulness and kindness during both our mom and dads services.... she too went above and beyond in order to help make everything a little bit less painful. Thank you Hetherington and Deans for your excellent service!

The hearse drove way too fast. It actually drove above the speed limit, going 60 in a 50 zone, which spaced out the cars in the procession to the point that local traffic did not recognize the trail of cars as a funeral procession. My car specifically almost got hit twice because of this. The funeral workers also did not wait until everyone had left the burial site before starting to clean up and take away the flowers. I wanted to take a flower home but they were already picking up the flower arrangements. It was already a hard day, but this really made it worse.

My son recently passed away unexpectedly. We entrusted his care to Hetherington & Deans during this Covid 19 pandemic. Holly was nothing but professional and took care of our son as if he was her own. She helped make our grief a little easier and went above and beyond for us. My family has used Hetherington & Deans for years and we have never had anything less than professionalism and amazing support from all their staff!
