I honestly can't be happier with the CremationCare Centre! They were referred to us by the hospital social worker where my mother was staying through her final days. They walked me through every step and being in another country, this was so important. I had no idea what I was doing, as I'm in Kentucky and my mother was in Toronto. I don't know what I would have done without the caring and compassionate staff. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. In our time of grief they were stable and steady for us. They were wonderful and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very attentive and helpful from start to finish, very clear and consistent pricing throughout a beautiful online obituary service that allowed Brad's family and friend to plant over 50 trees in his honour and share our collective grief and praise digitally. The Urn and keepsake were beautiful and this establishment brought much needed peace to my mother and I in a severe time of crisis. HIGHLY highly recommended. When we didn't know where to turn to, but knew we didn't want all the pomp (and expenses) of a funeral home's services, the Cremation Care Centre was the perfect solution. My dad wanted to be cremated, keeping things simple and low key. This is exactly what we asked for from CCC and was exactly what we received. Additionally they took care of much of the required legal documents and provided a guidance sheet on what further documentation needs to be handled by the family itself. Cost effective and professional...exactly what we needed at the time. Oh yes...and they retrieved my dad's gold, family ring which we had totally overlooked! Great service!

My family & I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business, and the fantastic staff here!! My husband Sean passed away Sept.3, 2020. Another funeral home falsely picked up my husband's body at Toronto General Hospital without a proper contract. Long story....but imagine our angst!!! At CremationCare Centre I dealt mostly with Blair & Erin over the phone. They were caring, gentle, believable and professional. They guided us through every step. They even returned a credit to me. Since the other home had to return my husband's body to CremationCare, there was no longer a transport fee from Toronto General. That's how honest CremationCare is. It was during Covid, and everything was done with proper regulations I have since changed my mother's prepaid cremation elsewhere to CremationCare Centre as well. I would highly recommend this funeral home and their prices are very reasonable. (more reasonable now in 2020, then one my mother paid for 10 years ago!!) Thank you staff at CremationCare Centre!!!!!
