We came to need Earths Options following a tragedy in our family. Our son was killed in an accident in Alberta. I knew Susan through working together on community projects and wanted her to care for our son. Susan and Chris worked with the funeral home in Alberta, responded to our unique needs and requests. They supported our efforts to drive him home, helped with all the legal papers and permission…. They respected our plan to use our handmade coffin. They met us at their office when we arrived back to Victoria. They were flexible with arranging times for family to dress him and with arranging times for viewings. At the viewing Colin was kind and supportive. At the funeral they were gracious and professional. They did all they could to inform us of options that we might find helpful, while understanding that there was much that we already had planned. We are deeply grateful for their service.
