Sondra and her team at Serenity Funeral Service are amazing! They are caring, compassionate, helpful, and sensitive. My sister-in-law passed away and my husband and I were able to see Sondra immediately following the weekend. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and I highly recommend Serenity Funeral Service North Side to anyone who has to deal with the inevitable. They not only care for the deceased but the aftercare for the family as well. Thank you so much Sondra!!!!

Serenity provides a fantastic service when you are at the most vulnerable time of you life. No upsell, no pressure to sign, just compassion and options as how the hardest decisions are to be made. I dealt with a large chain in Edmonton (I will not name....CM) and was so disgusted by the upsell pressure and pressure to spend money as a way to "honor" the love one lost. Please give these people a chance as we have had the misfortune to have to call on their services twice in too short a period and both times I cant stress enough the service they provide is top class and a blessing in hard times.

Terrible experience with their after care team. The guy was entitled and rude about when we could set an appointment and when I needed to reschedule because of work he hasn't called back in a month. I would definitely recommend you choose ANY other funerl service. Unbelievably unprofessional when they aren't getting your cash.
