It is very hard to deal with a loved one who is going to pass away. Laurie made the process so easy for us. The staff that came to collect my mother took very good care in getting her onto the stretcher and into the van in a very respectful and professional manner, explaining every step of the way. The day after she passed, we met with Rob and it was difficult for my father and sister, therefore since I was the executor and paid for both my parents funeral, my husband and i were able to sit with Rob and fill out all the necessary paperwork. Even in paying for the necklaces we purchased, the accounting person was very professional. Anyone should consider dealing with this home in their difficult time. We were able to pay for the funeral ahead of time as my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and only had a few weeks to live. My husband and I decided to pay for my father's funeral ahead of time to save that process. Thank you again Lahaie & Sullivan West Branch Team-You are all awesome. Laurie, I will always be forever grateful for how you handled the situation and dedicated so much time in texting me or email me back (even on those late nights).

WORST FUNERAL HOME ON THE PLANET! Unprofessional and horrible follow-up. If I did not do the follow-up, many things would of not been done. I was lied to and luckily I was able to get them to fix their mistake (was actually done on purpose but I caught it) before it was too late. Stay away from Dignity funeral homes. They have no clue what they are doing.

As I explained I was disappointed with how my wife was presented at her family viewing. I was also disappointed with the portrait I received it was not well done. I presented a photo that should have been fallowed but it wasn’t . This loss was very debilitating I should have been more attentive.
