They let us to use private Caterers and had the room ready as per our instructions! Our family decided to use the services of Wall-Custance after our mom passed away last week. Although I was not directly involved as I am out of town, my brother and sister were very impressed with the staff at Wall-Custance. I became more involved later and was so delighted with Funeral Directory Taylor Young. An impressive, caring, and attentive young man who made sure every detail was covered, took an interest in all of our requests and made sure everything happened in a professional and caring way at this time of our loss. Taylor knew exactly how to be a part of our family's grieving and was a big part of the fact that during such a sad and stressful time, all of the little things were looked after. He was very patient, and at the same time, communicative with us. He made us all feel at ease and confident we had chosen the right Funeral Director. The drivers were also wonderful and obviously sensitive to our loss, while also being helpful and courteous.
