From start to finish, this went as well as one could hope for. This was my first time dealing with this process, every detail and cost were expalined and everything went as expected. The night of the viewing was better than I could have asked for. To whoever prepared my mother for the viewing, I really can't thank you enough for the work you put forth to prepare her so well. Stonehouse Whitcomb made the process easier and were very informative. They had all of the tools and services available to us to make the funeral and viewing easier for family and guests. The staff is very professional and were extremely accommodating with any requests we had. Even with COVID we were able to have a small service with enhanced measures for health and safety.

I was very pleased with the support provided by the staff at Stonehouse-Whitcomb in planning my mother's cremation and funeral, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. It was a difficult time to say the least, but the entire process was held professionally, and all my questions were answered. From making arrangements, to the family time spent at the funeral home, everything went smoothly. My mom passed on a Sunday, arrangements were finalized Monday, and the funeral was on Tuesday. I was amazed at how efficient the process was, and it was great to have the reassurance along the way that everything could be wrapped up within 3 days the way we wanted it to be. Our only disappointment was that the video we made, could not be viewed using the technology at the funeral home, when we were assured , their system was mac compatible. Even bringing our own connector, and giving them a file to display it on, their computer, didn't work. With only 10 people allowed in the building due to covid-19 , fortunately, we were all able to view the video on our lap top but it wasn't ideal. Every effort was made to try to make it work, so I can't say they didn't try. If it wasn't for that, I would have definitely given a 5 star rating.

Not a great experience. Quoted us a price for cremation "plus some fees" the "some fees" were several thousand and more than doubled the cost. Were very much high pressure sales-ing us on their cremation and funeral packages. Get some tact, you're not selling used cars.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Storehouse-whitcomb funeral home, in particular Geoff. During times of covid we chose to have an intimate family outdoor service at the gravesite for our moms transformation into glory. The staff paid such great attention to detail and in doing so lifted a great burden off us as family. We cannot say enough good things. Our experience from begininng to end was very comforting and helpful.
