Very large funeral home well furnished and kept. Pretty impressive inside and out. Parking is in the back and can get messy, so go slow and be patient during peak times.

Booked an appointment. When I show up, the first person I see when I enter bluntly asks me who I am. Told her my name and that I had an appointment to which she rudely responds to sit down and wait. When the director, Lisa, shows up, her first question to me is if I'm there for a quote or actually looking to book an arrangement because she is double booked. There was no one there. I said we are hoping to do an arrangement here to which she then begins to ask me the same questions I was asked over the phone. Through all of this, she did not even have the conscience to offer me any condolences for the loss of my loved one. Why would anyone book here if they can't even handle a simple appointment. Unprofessional and uncourtuous.

Yesterday was my father's funeral. My family was very happy with the service at Scott Funeral Home in Mississauga. The staffs were very professional and showed a lot of sympathy. They were very nice and guided everything to us from beginning to end. Before I called this place I called another place that I was treated very bad. The other place made it seem like they were very busy and was just doing us a favor for doing a service for us. Therefore, I highly recommend this place.

Had to decide on a funeral home for the first time ever. I had no idea about the process and explained this when I called late at night only hours after the deceased had passed. The lady who answered the phone handled my inquiries in a completely abhorrent manner. She refused to answer any of my questions about the process, instead choosing to laugh indignantly at my lack of knowledge of the processes and offer up no explanation other than absolute bare minimum.

I unfortunately have had the heartbreaking undertaking of laying my mother and my daughter to rest within two and a half months of each other. I don't know what I would have done without the support from everyone on staff at Scotts. Everyone was very caring and compassionate with my mom, and with my daughter who was very young, they were absolutely wonderful. I was going through the worst time of my life, but I had no qualms that the two women I loved most in my life were being treated with utmost respect and dignity as was I and all of my family members. A very special thank you to Matthew, you were a blessing to me.

Friendly staff, clean and professional...the female director my family and I were sitting with was very knowledgeable and pleasant...we were offered coffee and cookies...She was honest when we were asking questions..our friends and family have have been to the funeral home many times ...nice to feel comfortable with familiar faces under circumstances...Excellent job Elizabeta and staff! Visited this place several times and more often then I’d would have liked. However the place is very clean and professional staff greeted me at the door. Friendly and pleasant.
