Sadly we lost my father on Canada Day, a few days short of his 93rd birthday . We had moved to the falls from Oakville a few years ago and not really knowing which funeral home to use but I remember passing 2 different ones on Main Street. I chose to go with Morse and Sons and couldn't be more pleased with my choice and glad my Mom agreed also. They practice all safety protocols regarding covid which is very reassuring for many people. Kathy and Pina, the front desk receptionists were very welcoming and kind and empathetic towards our loss and our grieving As was many of the other staff that we encountered. Thank you to Fred who showed compassion through his eyes as he held the door for us and expressed his condolences. To Mitch for giving me a reason to Smile and actually laugh also. He and Fred were a very refreshing part of one of my visits towards the end! (Haven't laughed in awhile!) Everybody here is genuinely sincere and they feel like an extended family after many visits in the last 2 months. Our Director, Kristin Paterson is the lady whom we had looking after every major detail regarding my Dad's passing. My Mom and I were in good hands with her and every little detail was taken care of without us having to remember 'what now? Who do we need to advise or call or write?' Don't worry, that is taken care of too. She is very good at her job and has true dedication to the company and her clients!! We can't express our thanks enough to her. We also decided to do 50 memorial folders to send to family and friends and we even received compliments on them as we chose the photos and backgrounds and words to be written but Caroline was the creator of them for us and she had them prepared quite quickly actually. To our surprise, they were done within less then 24 hours. Everything here is done in such a professional and friendly manner and we thank each and everyone of you so much for your kindness. Sorry if I had forgotten anyone else's names. You are also included. One more thing I might add is that my 87 year old Mom appreciated also how everything was handled so much so, that she has prepaid her own funeral. Everything will be taken care of for her (in hopefully the very distant future) as it was for my Dad. God Bless all of you wonderful people at Morse and Sons. 100% you will be in good hands with Morse and Sons. Look no further. You're in good hands.

Everyone on staff truly made me and my family feel welcome. Ernie specifically went above and beyond to help us out. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Ernie not only shed tears with us but was able to guide us thorough every step of the way. His warmth and true deep sorrowful towards our loss made me feel like he was going through a loss himself. Executing a funeral during a pandemic left me nervous but this funeral home thought through everything!
