My Father recently passed away on July 11th. With a already hard situation this funereal home made it worse! When we arrived we were told to come 15 mins early (12:45pm)to hv a private viewing. We never had that!By 1:05pm they were getting ready to close the coffin. I never got to say goodbye to him nor did my family. We were on our way to the cemetery by 2pm. I work in Healthcare and we allow as much time as the family needs we never rush....after all this is the last time they will ever see their family! This was a shorter service then a Vegas drive thru Wedding and my dad didn’t get the service that he deserved or paid for! I will never get back the time they took from me and my family and his Grandkids ! This place treated us as a number not people! We had guests following us all around the area trying to catch up to us and finally they just came to the house and did a drive by condolence! When we called to tell her that our guests were not happy and nor were we the kids of the deceased , my mom got told she told everyone the wrong time!!!! My mom wasn’t there by herself my brother was with her and they said 1:00pm viewing and for Immediate family to come 15 mins early! My father suffered his last 15 days on earth he deserved to have a wonderful service with the people that loved him and could not come to see him due to covid and him being in ICU .This was the last chance they had to see him and no one could. Bottom line this place doesn’t care and my family is distraught.

The staff of Marshall's Funeral are so compassionate and attentive, my family and I were extremely happy with the services provided. They took care of everything and made sure it was all a smooth process. I would highly recommend Marshall's Funeral Home services, your loved ones will be in great care.

The most offensive and incompetent service I have ever experienced! As of this review they STILL have not written the obituary for my Uncle, given the funeral was yesterday that is disgusting. Five minutes after the service had started the coffin was closed and by 30 minutes into the 1 hour viewing they packed up the casket and were on the way to the cemetery. We had people literally chasing the coffin around the city and people who will never get the chance to say goodbye. Instead of apologizing they blamed us! Saying my aunt didn’t know the time of her own husbands funeral absolutely disgusting people, business and response.

I was very impressed with the sensitivity with which we were treated, how knowledgeable the staff was, the competitive pricing, and how the staff knew to mention small details (that would not have occurred to me). The funeral director followed up with other stakeholders to coordinate details, which gave me peace of mind; emails were answered within two hours, usually in less than one. The pricing was several hundred dollars lower than the next lowest quote I received. The hours were very flexible and the funeral director was available on weekends. They were understanding about us picking up the ashes a few weeks later due to being out of town. Highly recommended.

extremely courteous and helpful staff and a well presented and dignified location. the chapel also had very nice stained glass windows. was there recently for an elderly relative of mine who passed away and the service was very well organized and the staff did a great job of directing everyone. not sure what else i can say since its not exactly the kind of place I would want to visit too often being a funeral home and whatnot.

Marshall’s staff were very kind and compassionate and took care of all the details when we lost our baby. They gave time and never rushed the process. I am so grateful for their support during the most difficult time in our families life when we could not. They also handled all the arrangements for my mother and father. Very professional from the beginning to end. Much gratitude.

The staff at Marshall Funeral Home is outstanding! They are caring, compassionate and extremely thorough in the preparations needed after the loss of a loved one. Both parents passed away within a year and a half of each other. We could not be more satisfied with the service and help of the each and every staff member. We never felt rushed each step of the way through the process. Thank you for the excellent care.

The worst experance i have ever had in the 66 years of going and dealing with funeral homes. Very uncaring and unapolgetic group of people running this funeral home . My brother inlaw was laid to rest there yesterday and honestly he and we were treated like cattle. They could not get us out of there fast enough. Avoid this funeral home if you care and respect the person you are saying your final goodbye to.
