We had a family interment at Glen Eden which was taken care of by Dave. The service we received from him was second to none. He went out of his way to accommodate us with everything we wanted, even with some changes we wanted to do. We will be forever grateful to him for his excellent service, kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. We were so impressed with the service we received from Dave that I had Dave assist me with my final arrangements. He provided everything I wanted without any high pressure both with my funeral arrangements and Interment. I visit this cemetery often and have had dealings with a lot of the staff members. Every member of the team at Glen Eden is extremely professional. Their friendly and help demeanor goes above and beyond and is greatly appreciated. Their compassion goes beyond words. The grounds of this cemetery are remarkable and are more park like and picturesque. It is a very comfortable place to visit and pay respects to your loved ones. I would recommend this cemetery and funeral home to everyone. All the staff at Glen Eden make a very difficult time in your life easier to deal with. The facilities are nice if you're looking for that kind of burial. The person who helped us find my friends family grave site was very friendly, but had an off-colour sense of humor for someone in their profession. I would expect a more respectful demeanor in that line of work.

I was there today to visit my mom who we lost in 2014 at only 63 years old. It was such a moving experience to see hundreds of people paying their respects to the women in their lives. There was a sense of community in the air; everyone having a similar type of loss. The cemetery is always kept up nicely and the afternoon Mother’s Day service at the funeral parlour was tasteful. I love you today Mom and always will.

I would like to thank Shannon Drobot and Jerrett Gray and all others involved as for without their help and guidance I would not have been able to do what I had to do My aunt got hospitalized in early march and got moved around from hospital to hospital trying to find out what was wrong with her as she was not getting better I had to put her in a facility where she would be looked after Riverview care home is where she went as I didnt know what to do Rose and all the other nurses and doctors there took exceptional care of my aunt as I could not I consulted Shannon about it she presented me with a package and guided me through it as time went by my aunt did not get better More steps had to be taken as I met with Jerrett who also had the guidance for me It was a hard time not just for me but also for the family but as I was put in control I had to do things as to which I knew nothing about My aunt passed away December 18 and I was lost but Shannon and Jerrett stayed with me and guided me through the whole process and I am forever grateful for the experience they had and guidance they provided me with as I needed help mentally and emotionally and they were there for me and over the years for many others Once again Thank you for the staff at glen eden and arbor memorial for everything they truly do care and are sympathetic and helpful with all the steps I had to endure

I have been working with Jarrett at Glen Eden and I have been extremely happy with the assistance he has provided. I wanted to ensure that my plans were made so that my children wouldnt have to be burdened, and Jarrett was able to assist me by answering all my questions, and coming up with a plan that suited my needs. Our father passed away suddenly in the summer of 2021 and we were helped by an exceptional director by the name of Jerrett Gray who walked us through the entire process and arrangements for the funeral. Jerrett was very attentive, sensitive and respectful throughout the entire process of making arrangements. He was always quick to respond to our questions and offer his advice. Despite the grief and hardship we were experiencing during the time, Jerrett made the experience very easy and comfortable for us which allowed us to focus on being there for each other in our family as we grieved the loss of our dad instead of worrying and be stressed about the funeral arrangements. If anyone finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of losing a loved one, I would highly recommend going to Glen Eden and seeing Jerrett, he will take very good care of you.

We have a long list of family members at Glen Eden dating back to the 1930s. We thoroughly enjoy walking around the cemetery as it's peaceful and tranquil... it's outside the city's buzz! We go inside the funeral home for a coffee once or twice a summer on our walks and you can tell the staff take pride in their work. Kudos to everyone at Glen Eden.

Lovely place and beautifully taken care of. The staff that our family spoke to was completely focused on what would make them money and not at all in touch with what we were looking for and able to spend. We left part frustrated part in disbelief and probably will never return.

We had our brother's service and interment at Glen Eden a couple weeks ago. The place was classy, the four employees we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and the food was amazing. It's exactly what my brother would have wanted. We had absolutely no pressure to purchase anything we didn't want, and we weren't upsold. The price was very reasonable for what you get. The grounds are 2nd to none and their inside glass cremation niches are a neat. Highly recommend Glen Eden and their staff.
