The regions best funeral home! I have attended and participated in 2 funerals here in the past month and I have to say the wonderful staff and warm atmosphere are second to none. We never felt rushed, everyone was well taken care of and because of that I experienced one of the best reception celebrations I have ever been to. Erb & Good was wonderful and sensitive when our family was in a difficult time. They were professional and respectful. We could not have asked for better people to take care of us. On top of that, when the cremation jewellery I ordered had a defect, Mark took care of contacting the dealer and having it replaced on my behalf.

From the moment we contacted them to settling at the end, Greg and the team at Erb & Good couldn't have been more caring, accommodating, understanding and helpful. When we had family unexpectedly arriving late for the service, they delayed the start without question. The service was planned with very little settled in advance, and at no point did I feel as though we were being upsold on anything, or that what we were paying for the service was even of importance. I can't recommend their services enough. During such a difficult time, it helps to know everything is in good hands -- and with Erb & Good, they are.
