Our family had a very great experiance working with the very kind and caring staff at the Dreisinger Funeral Home. The staff was accommodating to the unique cultural and religious aspects of our Father's funeral this past week. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and kind and they made the whole experiance much easier to get through. This is not something one would experiance dealing with on a regular basis, so their understanding of the funeral process, their patience and kindness was extremely welcomed and appreciated by our family.

I was disappointed with the coldness of the gentleman helping us with our death. I felt he was all business and wanted to get through all the paperwork as soon as possible. I know he has done this so many times that he can't possibly be phased by it, but please, show some compassion!! I can only think that because this is the only funeral home in miles that they can get away with this...
