The new management is not empathetic towards the family members of the passed whatsoever. I had an absolutely unnecessarily awful experience in June 2018 with a woman from the new management who chased me out of my grandmother's funeral ceremony which was in a CHURCH (aka a public place) when I never caused a disturbance once. There are so many other amazing and sincere funeral services in Huntsville, ON, please choose one of these options instead!

Cheryl and her team make such a stressful and uneasy time clear. They take away any additional burdens and trouble to create the goodbye families need. Their attention to detail, constant support, and personal touches make those final moments we have a little bit more manageable. Thank you for everything you and your team do, you are a true blessing to this little town.

This funeral home is absolutely deplorable. My father died and it took them two weeks to get you obituary announcement out to the public. And he's been dead a month now and no one has bothered to contact the grieving widow to get the paperwork finalized. My dear old 76-year-old mother is going to be grabbing her walker And having her grandson take time out of his job to take her to Tony Clements office so she can actually get moving forward in her life. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way that my father's death has been handled by this funeral home. This may be a little old him to a big wheel company however this is my mother's financial life were talking about. She is absolutely beside herself not knowing what to do and the rest of the family is absolutely disgusted with Billingsley. If I could read it lower than 1 I would. My next stop is writing the Better Business Bureau and CCing Billingsley.
