Unfortunately I had two experiences with this funeral home it is changed names in management since then into thousand and 14 I had an extremely positive experience with my mothers arrangements. They were very helpful and consoling. My most recent was March 2018 there were complications, I did not feel as if they cared about the family so much is that cared about making sure that they were paid and this was a prepaid service. I am still battling to get an emblem for my fathers service as the United States war veteran and an emblem put on his stone. I’ve given up and called my brother in Texas to try to rectify the situation since I am not able to get any satisfaction. Addendum- I received a call last night from a wonderfully compassionate woman who was very helpful her name starts with an Shaia ? and I am not trying to butcher it. She helped me with the issue I had and more. I could not be more grateful, this is reminiscent of my first experience of grace and dignity. She is helping to dot the final i in what my parents wanted, now I feel comfortable without guilt to start my grieving process. Thank you.

Rose Hill is the best place to help you through one of the worst times in your life. When my mother died, my father and I had Lola Austin. She went above and beyond to help us through a very difficult time. When my father died, I was alone Lola wasn't there, but Patty Cusma was. I can honestly say, that I consider Patty a friend, for the manner in which she handled everything for my father's burial. Her advice came from a place of compassion, understanding, and love. My father's funeral was PERFECT! Even after the burial she helped me with flowers, etc. The peace and comfort Patty afforded me, will last me my entire life. I cannot imagine going through this experience without her help. There are 2 listings for Rose Hill on Market so I'm placing a duplicate review there.

My contracted was signed and paid off in full on Sep 10, 2021. It is a complex investment. Many phone calls back and forth to get the contract document updated to reflect the missing contract number on the schedule A which finally been fixed on Oct 26, 2021 (more than a month to get the updates fix) . I also left message with the front office staff and spoke to the Agents (Lola, Ralph) and email the Funeral Director of my request regarding the letter be formalized in regard to the advanced planning agreement be put on the Rosehill letter head. As of today 11/17/2021, I still had not received the requested letter on Rose Hill letter head. Please resolve the at the soonest. Not a happy customer if I have to go after these staff to get the work done Follow up - Mr. Dye (General Manager) has reached out to me on 11/ 20/2021 and resolve the issue and I find that the resolution is satisfactory . The issue was resolved, and no further action is needed. The issue could have been resolved much sooner without me trigger the google review on the company performance.

Funeral went fine. They took us on a 40 mile processional on and off the highway with one escort. We were nearly hit 4x and got separated form the group multiple times not knowing where we were going. It was so dangerous. There should be a minimum of 3 escorts if not 5 for that long and going on the highway. My wife was terrified the entire hour long ride.

This facility is simply wonderful! Sadly I had two funerals to plan within three months.The employees were kind, helpful and respectful. While they provided many options, there was NO pressure to purchase anything extra. Rose Hill Funeral Home is a beautiful, atypical funeral home. It is bright, open and airy. They have an event room in which to hold a pre or post meal for guests. The caterer I used prepared a lovely pre-memorial service brunch. The staff set up my photo displays, helped load my vehicle afterward, leaving no job unattended. Their costs are reasonable, too! With MUCH appreciation!

The cemetery is beautiful! We had no problems with burial services and ceremony. The problem with Rose Hill starts with memorials and headstones . I ordered a headstone several months ago. I knew it would take some time to deliver it to the burial park. I contacted the funeral home several times knowing that they received the headstone. It has been over a month since they got it. I was told by the administration that it would be in place by July. It is not. The administration do not return customers’ calls. We still don’t know the date when the headstone will be in place. It’s a VERY BAD service, especially after the fact that Rose Hill received the full payment long time ago. We can’t visit the burial site since there is no actual identification of a grave. THAT IS NOT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN GRIEF!

The staff at Rose Hill Funeral Home was so caring and anything we needed they made sure it happened. Our family and friends that attended the services for my Mom were so impressed, that words can not express our gratitude. We had a luncheon at the funeral home after the services that made it so easy for the family. Our family and friends had never heard of having a luncheon after the service and how convenient it was to have it there at the funeral home. They took care of everything. Mom had everything pre-arranged and made it very easy to know what her wishes were. We knew exactly what her wishes were and the staff made it easy to carry out those wishes.
