The staff was very warm, caring and sincere in helping us make my mothers service everything we wanted. They accommodated us in bringing personal items and photo's and were sensitive to our physical comfort during the service. The follow up when my mothers ashes were returned was just as warm. I would definitely recommend them in your time of need. The only downside is the family room is downstairs and it was not handicap accessible for my Father and very difficult for me to manage the stairs.

Very unaccommodating even with reasonable requests (i.e. a private place for family, or salting the icy parking lot). The only staff on duty was the proprietor's wife. She was very angry, rude to us, yelled at our children, removed all the tissues when she saw we had kids. The provided pastor was terrible - he was generally confused, made sexist remarks during the service, skipped the part of the service for the family to share. Proprietor's wife stripped the body of jewelry, glasses, and wig right in front of the family and refused to close the casket after doing so. Our family was heartbroken and embarrassed by the anger and insensitivity towards us. Using Orlando-Donsante was overall a nightmare.

Anthony Previte the owner was extremely friendly and very accommodating in the planning of my aunts funeral/calling hours. I had a cousin from New York who was not able to make it in on the days I picked for the calling hours or funeral because her husband was getting surgery. I asked Anthony if there was any way that she could pay her respect a day before the calling hours and he made it possible. When my aunt passed I didn't think it would be possible to make her look good but Anthony did a great job and she looked very pretty and at peace. The place is very nice and has a calming effect to it. Anthony is very professional and a down to earth nice guy. I highly recommend Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home.
