Covid-19 pandemic causing funeral home arrangements to be hurried and in some cases not done properly. Disappointed by the overall experience and will not use Craciun in the future.

Craciun takes a genuine interest in planning your or a loved ones funeral. They made sure my father, a World War II vet, was honored at the grave site by the Army, with the bugler, bagpipes, and gun salute. They learned what they could about my dad, and did an excellent job.

They handled both my mother and father’s funerals. My dad passed 16ish years ago. I was still a child, but my mom selected them because my uncle had died the year before and my aunt used them. She was pleased and impressed with them. I thought they handled my dad’s funeral well. My mom passed recently from Covid. No funeral this time, because of Covid, but they were helpful and kind in handling her body and the cremation. They do texting which is great and easier/faster. Then there is email documents to sign. Again, so much easier. Pricing seemed decent, but I’m not an expert on that. Urn selection was nice. If I had to plan someone to do end of life stuff in metro Cleveland, would use them again.

From someone who never had to go through something like this, Craciun and Yuri made it a very smooth process for our family. You don't realize how much goes into planning a funeral in a few days and what they are able to pull off, is amazing. It took so much stress off our family to work with Craciun. Yuri would communicate through text, no issues with last minute changes, makes most of the phone calls for us, great organization, great communication, just everything. There was no pressure to purchase anything we didn't want, he even made a house call a week after, for us to sign papers. I think the best thing was the way my father looked. We had a very traumatic experience at the hospital with my dad's illness and had some horrific images in our minds. However, to see him look so peaceful, was truly a peaceful and calming feeling for the family. They did an amazing job with his makeup! Everything was beautiful, I cannot Express enough how great Yuri and the staff at Craciun is.

10 days ago we had the funeral for my father, who died in Southwest Hospital from Covid. Mr Josef Craciun, his brother Jimmy, the funeral director and everybody working at Craciun Funeral Home treated us like family. This is the first time our family had an experience like this.
