they did my 15 month old sons services and cremation in 2019 and unfortunately just this week cremated my 12/13 week old baby from a miscarrage. i have never experienced such compassion and love from people "just doing their jobs" they are so caring and i would never ever pick anywhere else to go. they never act as if anything is a burden (as i have been back there multiple times to have necklaces filled) and will go as far as possible to make anything that you could want happen. and make sure u understand everything and if u dont they will be sure to answer anything. i appreciate everything you guys have done for my family and i. Sorry to say this but the name Bissler is on the sign out front but the service inside fell short of Bissler's usual. The staff was kind and attentive, but did not include all the special touches that we were accustomed to while Rick was serving us. I leave this review in hopes that it will help the staff when tending to a Catholic family. When a Catholic family comes for service for their Catholic mother who will be celebrating a Catholic funeral Mass, a rosary in her hands and a crucifix in the coffin should be standard. Please don't forget to at least offer these to your Catholic clients. Thank you.

I had made an error on the documents and had no means to correct it but the staff here helped me with my problem. I was amazed that they we so accommodating to another fueral director they had not met before.
