If you'd like to have absolutely no help or direction from staff, and have a what should be a proper send off for a family member totally shat on by their lack of help or empathy, this is the place for you. Nothing is offered or discussed. Allison was an uncomfortable person to deal with, frequently lurking in the doorway, or pissing off instead of doing his job. Nobody was to be let into the room until it started, but they allowed strangers into a private moment almost an hour before the scheduled start time. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
