Staff here helped me greatly when my car broke down, meaning i arrived to a funeral late and with my dog still in the car. The staff understood and found a spot to keep my (calm, gentle) dog so that I wouldn't miss the service. I am so grateful for how they went the extra mile for me during a stressful time.

On était en ligne pour offrir nos sympathies à la famille, mais un de vos employés nous a avisé d'aller s'assoir car il ne restait qu'une dizaine de minutes avant que commence le service. Je lui ai dit qu'on ne pouvait pas rester, il m'a dit bye bye et a dit à mon conjoint qui me suivait que si on allait de l'autre côté pour aller quand même rencontrer la famille, qu'il viendrait nous chercher personnellement. Quel manque de respect, on n'a pas provoqué cette personne, je lui ai dit qu'on ne pouvait pas rester. Une autre personne à l'entrée avait avisé après la ligne qu'il ne restait plus de temps, il y avait une personne en avant de nous et deux autres en arrière, donc, 5 personnes en tout.
