Andrea put me in touch with Wendy who does the memories in glass. WOW! I can't say enough good things about these ladies. Andrea for being so prompt getting back to me and for connecting me directly with Wendy. I am so fortunate to live on the island so was able to meet Wendy in person. She did such an amazing job making a glass pendant for my Molly's (basset hound) ashes, I ended up going back for two more, one to hang from my rear view mirror and one to hang in my bedroom window. The one that hangs from my rear view mirror shimmers in such a way that it looks like it's made of liquid. Amazing and magical! Now, every time I go to see Wendy I always manage to spot "just one more" that I "need"! Not to mention, seeing Wendy again is always a heartwarming experience, she's never rushed and takes the time to get a feel for what you are looking for so she can help guide you in your decision. That said, my husband was so enamoured by my experience and the beautiful pieces I came home with, that he decided to get one for his mom with his dad's ashes.

Two and a half weeks ago, our vet informed us of our beloved family pet’s deteriorating health and told us that it’s time to consider the inevitable. It’s been a rollercoaster of an emotion since then. In preparation for this day, I’ve been searching for a perfect urn and came across Memorial Products Website. This site carries the urn that we wanted for our Railey. Since this company is located in Edmonton and we’re in Toronto, I had concerns if I’ll receive it before 4th of August. I sent an email and Andrea was prompt to answer all my queries. I placed the order yesterday, July 29th around 12:15pm EST and notified Andrea via email. Andrea gave me peace of mind that she offers complimentary express shipment which is one business day delivery. The next day, at around 9:30am EST, I hear a knock on the door, and it was my order from Memorial Products. In times of deep sadness any planning being made for your loved one can be extremely painful - especially with so much going on around you all at one time. Our first contact with Andrea was a little over a year ago - with the passing of our brother-in-law and the ordering of his urn. The process was not easy but Andrea made you feel 'at home' through a very difficult time. Since then, we have all sat down and 'pre-planned' our own Celebrations of Life - which hopefully won't be for some time to come BUT in our attempt to save the family from this one 'duty. We felt it was a positive move. I can only reiterate that the service was beyond reproach, the selection quite varied, the cost very 'comfortable', and the delivery of the items was remarkably swift. We had been emailing prior and Andrea answered all my questions--and not during 9 to 5 hours. Andrea at Always and Forever Memorial Products was so helpful in finding the perfect Urn to honour my mother. I saw a metal Urn on her web site that was so beautiful with a wheat pattern but I really wanted one made out of Oak. So I called Andrea to see if maybe she could have a wheat grass pattern etched onto an Oak Urn and she made it happen. The Urn was shipped to my home in the Outaouais 3 days later. It was perfect in every way. It honoured my mom in a personal way, was beautiful and well made.The price was so much more reasonable than the ones I saw at the Funeral Home too.

Andrea provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. In a culture where "your call is important to us, however we are experiencing higher than normal call volume" is acceptable It is nice to know you are important and your time is respected. Especially when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one. I emailed the company and received a response right away. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. My concern was can I get this urn within a couple of weeks. (Due to Covid everything is taking longer) Andrea checked that the urn was available in Ontario, provided me with delivery time lines. I ordered and it arrived the next day. Unbelievable! Also I am so pleased with the urn. (butterfly urn in ocean blue) It looked just like the picture. i highly recommend this company. A pleasure to deal with; a company that cares.
