I was at a visitation at your funeral home this evening and while I quite enjoyed the atmosphere and service, while I was using my phone an employee (a thin woman with short grey hair) made snide comments to another guest about the fact that I was on the phone. Please talk to your employees about keeping their opinions about mourners to themselves at least until they're in another room.
