We just had my fathers funeral handled by McKersie Kocher. I must say that it was the best thing I did during this time! Everything was perfect and well organized. Nikita our funeral director was very responsive and patient with our request and question. Thanks a lot for giving us comfort in this very tough time.

The parlour director should be in a different profession. After witnessing his behaviour towards my brother, sister and myself, as well as his classless comment to our lawyer - I was ashamed that my mother's service was performed here. Beware the fakeness.

A sincere and heartfelt Thank You to Andrew and his staff for their care and comfort to our family as they have helped us navigate through this sad time. My dad, Walter Isaak, worked with Andrew many times over the years as he helped families in Milton walk through the passing of their loved ones and always spoke so highly of him in a professional way. Now that he is guiding our family through the process, after my dad's passing, we can't thank him enough for his gentleness and calm demeanor as he has accommodated our needs the best way he could. My mom just passed away...Covid made things a lot different. Have to say...Andrew always put my mind at ease. SUCH A BIG HELP. All the staff at the funeral home, help make it easier, and not stressful. Andrew but up with a lot from me due to having large family and a lot of questions. Andrew doesn't now this, but I went into a panic when he wasn't in my sight, because I relied on him so much for advise and answers and just support. Amazing service and support
