Kitching Steepe & Ludwig has a wonderful team of caring individuals, who made an extremely difficult time much easier for our family. When loss strikes unexpectedly, it's difficult to know where to start. From the first phone call, we were guided through the process without any pressure. We lost our loved over Christmas and this also didn't stop them from providing us with excellent service. Every single detail, big or small was taken care of without worry. We received excellent care and service with KSL. Diane offered unbiased advice and explained to us all the options available without pressure. Communications were always prompt, either by email or phone. On the day of the visitation and the funeral, KSL staff served our family and visitors with respect and thoughtfulness; staff was readily available when we needed them. KSL was effortless to work with, and we deeply appreciate their kindness and respect through the entire process.

Update: Expecting a visit on Friday to set up my own exit from this plane. Cant imagine anyone else would support my daughter in her difficult time better than these people. ~~I was surprised at the level of service provided here. I've had to deal with other funeral people, so truly didn't expect so much help with closing things out, because I'd never seen it happen before. Kudos to KS&L for making a very difficult situation so much easier. My mother's arrangements were premade and prepaid, so easier even still. Thankyou so much for your obvious commitment to the people you serve.

We recently used the services of Kitching Steepe & Ludwig when our mother/mother-in-law passed away. The level of care and respect shown to the family was beyond measure. Garnet VanPopta walked beside us from the time we called through to the funeral. He was able to answer all our questions and direct us through the whole bereavement process. We had used their services 10 years ago for our father/father-in-law and if anything, their service has gotten better. We highly recommend their services and are confident that your experience will mirror ours.

So many mistakes to even list. When spoke to owner they did address it , but in my opinion I was hearing mostly excuses for staff's mistakes.
