I had never dealt with any family passing myself, and was looking things up online and came across Eirene. It honestly was the best decision I could have ever made. Jennifer took great care of everything I needed, and knew exactly what had to be done, and was beyond friendly and respectful when dealing with my mother. When she dropped off my mother's ashes to me at my home, she even sat and we had a chat for a while. For someone like me who was completely clueless, she made it a great experience. Honestly, I will never forget her kindness. And I am truly, TRULY thankful for Eirene and for Jennifer. I very highly recommend Eirene in the unfortunate event that you need these services. Dealing with the loss of a loved one during COVID-19 was all the more difficult. Unsure of what to do or expect, I was so relieved that Jennifer was able to navigate me through the whole cremation service process with ease and in a timely manner. Not only did Jennifer hand deliver our loved one’s remains directly to our doorstep, but she also spent time talking to us while we reminisced about the life of our deceased loved one.
