Our family was very pleased with the entire funeral experience provided by Cresmount Funeral Home. The planning session took our needs into account. The visitation was extremely well managed, providing a safe environment for all. The chapel service was very meaningful and the fact that it was live streamed allowed many more people to "attend" than even in normal times. The graveside commitment was done with respect and integrity. All staff were helpful and professional. The guidance provided in a follow up meeting made the many paperwork tasks manageable. Cresmount provided excellent service, following government restrictions, allowing us to fully celebrate the life of our loved one.

My heart goes out to all of her family. Mrs. Drywood was my work week boss and I loved her from that week. There was another girl also who did not get hired after that week, but I was so excited that she did hire me at Sears Employee Cafeteria run by Versa Foods. I did work for her for many years and enjoyed her and also when your dad would come and pick her up we would have small chats. She was a wonderful lady but seemed to have a long life. I treasure every thought of her. I was only 16 and it seemed like she picked me up as if I was one of her children. She talked so much about all of you, especially John who used to visit her at the cafeteria. I was very sorry to learn he had passed. Thanks for every day I was with your mom. My family's dealings with Cresmount from the moment we stepped in for the initial meeting to the minute we stepped outside after the service was nothing short of exceptional. Planning and arranging the service and all of the components, not to mention while still under lockdown restrictions, was such a daunting prospect but Jessica and everyone at Cresmount handled so many aspects of the planning process (from the flower arrangements to immediately posting information online to providing a fantastic Minister to conduct the service, among many other things) that it really eased a huge part of the overall burden. The service itself couldn't have been any more perfect; much to the agreement of the entire family. We cannot recommend Cresmount highly enough. Thanks to them and thanks, in particular, to Jessica for all of her help, compassion and hard work.

Our family lost both our Father and Mother in a 4 1/2 month span. Although my parents had purchased pre arranged funerals (everyone should do this) there are still some details that need to be decided upon and our funeral director Stephanie was absolutely fantastic assisting us. She had great knowledge of the process and treated us with the utmost respect and showed us great compassion during our times of grief. My parents chose cremation, when my mom passed away and it was time to place her in her final resting place Stephanie came to that service to be with our family and she was on her day off. That goes way beyond the call of duty. That is how the whole Crestmount organization treats people. Our family is so thankful of the entire staff at Crestmount and strongly recommend them for all of your funeral needs. There is no doubt in our minds that they will take care of them in a professional manner. We feel they are second to none in the funeral business.

On Saturday, October 9th at 3pm Crestmount Funeral Home Fennell Chapel held a Celebration of Life for my mom! We would like to thank Shelly for doing my mom's Celebration of Life Ceremony!! Shelly, a lot of people commented on how well you did. They all said you spoke so well and that you are very good at what you do!! It's always a difficult time when you lose a family member. My husband's brother passed away.
