My siblings and I are now the proud owners of our future resting places at Burlington Memorial Gardens and they are breathtakingly beautiful. Tara was so kind and patient; she answered all our questions with utmost honesty and simplicity. There are few visits that we had to do before we finally purchased the chosen areas and we would all come in droves; but Tara was always smiling and welcoming. Making a pre-planning final arrangement is definitely hard and challenging to do. But Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. She helped my siblings and I understand the importance of pre-planning and that was our driving force to come in to agreement to do this on behalf of our mother. Be very careful. They have you sign a contract and then tell you all that you cant have after you have signed and made arrangements to pay. It was all about getting me to sign and then now i have to wait 3 years for delivery while they charge interest on my money. That is a scam. So what this tells me is more surprises will show up over the decades to come. I regret my decision.

Some nice spots to pay homage to a loved one, just to go for a walk or to plan your burial place. Well maintained & nice landscaping.

My dear Tara, I always appreciated your thoughts and words of kindness with regards to supporting the people that needs your help & expertise in planning & preparing for their resting place & their love ones. I started this project/partnership with you to provide this very important service to the Filipino community in Hamilton. I saw the need in finding a peaceful resting place & decided to promote & reach out to people that lives in GTAH not just to Filipinos but to all cultures instead. I'm personally very happy & satisfied that I purchased a Private Estate (Paradisio & Hampton Columbarium) for my parents & my family ???? so we will continue to travel together in the after life. Where our Estate is situated, it's so peaceful overlooking the escarpment. It just feel like a beautiful garden not the usual cemetery like. I’m so pleased that our project to serve the community has a positive outcome. We had originally dealt with Lisa Priest to purchase a niche and memorial plaque for our parents. Lisa was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A few months (3) later my husband and I decided we would finalize our own plans. By this time Lisa had already been transferred to a different location and we arranged to deal with a different person. This person at the first seemed very nice. In the end what we thought we were getting we did not get and they really don't care. Be very careful, these are "sales people" who are only interested in their commission. To Lisa Priest we give you a Five star rating for your carrying assistance with our parents arrangements. As for that other person and the management team at Burlington Memorial Gardens we give you a one rating for not carrying enough to resolve our issue.

When my mother in law passed away in May 2020 her burial was made easier as she already had her resting place with my father-in-law who passed away 20 years ago. My husband and I decided to make our final resting place arrangements so it is less of a burden for our kids. We live in Mississauga and was not fond of the cemetery nearer to us. We were introduced to Tara Rusin from Arbor Memorial. Tara first showed us the Oakville location and we didn't feel anything about the place. But what I did like was the above ground pedestal. I never thought about cremation before but seeing that my husband and I decided that is what we will do. When Tara showed us Burlington Memorial we immediately found our forever home. It was beautiful, peaceful and can rival any golf course in the way it is maintained. I loved the fact that Tara pointed out they cannot expand as it lies on the Niagara Escarpment so you will always have that peaceful place. Because of Tara's customer service, we invited our family to view the place and we ended up purchasing 3 Estates, 4 double pedestals and 2 lots. We called it the Party Estate as our family loves getting together and travelling together. Thank you thank you thank you Tara for helping us. Because of your knowledge and patience, we have found a beautiful final resting place.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Priest, to purchase a niche etc., for our parents. Lisa was amazing to deal with, during such an incredibly difficult time. She's compassionate and professional and in fact, we enjoyed dealing with her so much that we ended up finalizing our own plans as well. My brother and his wife also did the same. It's comforting to know that when the day comes, our kids won't have to make any decisions with regards to our funerals and remains. I highly recommend Lisa!
