I thought visitation was until 5pm Monday to Friday. I came here at 4:43pm to find all doors locked. Is there a cut off time for entrance? I don't see anything noted.

I went to spend time at my Dad's plaque. You can imagine my horror to discover it was missing. When I called the following day I was told there was no record of ny Dad. Then I was told he had been moved in 1997 referred to only as miscellaneous. Not authorized by my family. I was left in tears. They have no data base. Still waiting for them to find my Dad. This is unbelievable. Disgusting!

Love this place. Mom brought me a few years ago to get her passing in order. Unfortunately since then Dad passed then Mom. I am very happy to know in the end we will be together in a beautiful place
