My father passed away in March. We chose to have him placed in the mausoleum. During his arrangements, we were informed that the process of engraving and putting up his photo and vase would take anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks. It has now been 8 MONTHS and we are still waiting. The engraving was only finished about a month ago, and his photo and vase are still missing. Additionally, we have been trying to communicate with the staff member, Myrian, who has been impossible to reach at times. Due to their negligence and general lack of care, we have been put through constant emotional turmoil.

#CardinalFuneral was absolutely amazing when we were faced with my fathers passing. They were kind, compassionate and truly caring. Assumption Cemetery is the complete opposite. They have made an error on my dads sketch of the headstone(last name) and had the audacity to blame Covid. They are absolutely cold, lack compassion and greedy at a time of mourning. Save your money and aggravation when considering a headstone, unless you enjoy having to follow up monthly. 5 months later, I am still waiting for an update on the headstone. Signed the Maganja family Conveniently after this review, the headstone appeared. Where has it been? In 1 day it was installed? Yes the manager contacted me, but what about the arrogant 'counselor'? What about the money paid up front for good service? The grief and anger? All that get brushed off for the next family to deal with

My mother-in-law is buried here. For several years. The place is well kept. The staff are very friendly. Her lot got a little muddy, so they put down more dirt and fresh sod. My ex (her daughter) and our kids go once in awhile. We decorate her lot with pine cones and they usually still there months later. Flowers ???? we leave don’t disappear, accept at stated dates.

God blessed all the staff that works here.My grandmother passed last thursday jan 24,2019 My aunt decided to have her funeral here. Im glad we chose this place the place is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and we felt their sincerity to us during our difficult time. The funeral director Allison Lee is very sweet,compassionate, very professional. She is perfect for this job. Thank you to all of you especially Allison. Unfortunately after such a beautiful and well organized day by Turner & Porter our day turned ugly when someone at the funeral home threw out our flowers shortly after we had left our ceremony. We were told to come back within 3 hours to collect them. Our ceremony ended at 1:30, by the time we arrived back at the house and organized everyone and went back to the cemetery, a 1 hr trip alone, it was 3:30. All the flowers were thrown out. The gentleman we spoke to, who made sure to tell us he has over 30 yrs experience with an attitude and no compassion for what we just experienced argued we had to be there before 3 pm not 3 hrs after. 6 people heard 3 hrs after, even if we all were wrong, a compassionate person with empathy would have picked up the phone and made a simple 1 min call to ask the family what was going on. I believe this man has worked one day to long and has lost compassion, ethics and empathy towards the whole process of dealing with a grieving family. Sadly, he isn't Assumption but at the end of the day he represents them so he is Assumption.

Very good customer service. They help you to completely understand the breakdown of what is involved when purchasing a grave plus all the steps involved. No change is made without first consulting you. I only wish some patrons would spend more time praying for the poor souls in purgatory than celebrating people's lives. If you are a Roman Catholic, you should understand that. You can reminisce on all the good times you had with your deceased loved ones, but pray for them everyday.

This was the 1st time I arranged a burial for one of my family members, but thanks to Assumption Catholic Cemetery to make this process very easy for me. I didn’t have any idea on whom to call, what services I needed, and associated costs. When I approached Assumption Catholic Cemetery and compared their costs to others, I thought they sounded reasonable. I took the chance and secured their services, and I couldn’t be happier. I dealt with VICTORIA TOPPI throughout the process, and she was fantastic, efficient, helpful, and sympathetic. She explained us the full process and what suits our budget. There is absolutely nothing that I could possibly suggest for improving their services or fees. I can’t thank them enough for making this difficult time easier. A special thanks to EDDIE FORTUNA on the day of burial to ensure everything was done correctly and in a timely order. I would highly recommend them to others.

Do not waste your money and find another catholic cemetery for your loved ones. This cemetery is not properly maintained or taken care of. The area to the west is always flooded with water. They disturb graves and don’t properly restore it. Their trucks run over gravesites leaving indented tire marks. I’m so sorry we put my beloved dad here 15 years ago it is only getting worse. I went today on the anniversary of his passing to find they hug dug his and the grave beside for no reason. They removed our wreath and solar light and shoved behind the headstone and left the dirt in a frozen pile of ice. Please take your loved ones elsewhere

I have a family member at the cemetery, grass is burned, I don't think they water the cemetery this year, they just started to open at 8am, all this time at 4:30pm they opened, meanwhile shopping malls, Parks etc. Where opened. IT only cost bigger mess as everyone had 3 h to go pay respect. This is the only cemetery when I don't see anyone who's take care of it.why, and you pay thousand of dollars to burry your Loved ones.

We attended a funeral of our brother in law yesterday, it service provided by the funeral home and cemetery was awful. -knowing in advance that the weather would be bad and heavy rain no proper footpath was laid for people to reach the grave site, we had to walk in the mud, our sister who is the widow , fell in the mud. The casket was left and not lowered as people left. Very bad service. Insult to the dead person and his wife' and family.

Very bad service I went today to visit my dad and husband, I couldn’t find them and this is not the first time all around them you can see their plate except for both of them , why , because they know very well that if you don’t visit always they don’t take care of your loved one , they made me cry just like the first day of their death
