These guys are excellent! My family is very poor as was my father, and when he passed we couldn't afford a funeral. But thanks to a little bit of government funding and a lot of work on these guy's end... I rather nice funeral for my old man was the outcome. What I really enjoyed is that one of the funeral directors, to help planned the funeral, and later came to the funeral with us to oversee, looked sounded exactly like Peter Griffin! That really cheered me up! Thank you.

When we first contacted ABC they let us know that to fill an urn it would be $25.00, but when setting the appointment once we had received my Grandmothers ashes they tried to tell us that they changed their prices and it was now $50.00. My Aunt spoke to the girl and begrudgingly she said she would honour the $25.00 and she did. The day my Mother received my Grandmothers ashes she had opened the bag they put them only to find that they did not seal it properly and my Grandmothers ashes were dumped all inside the velvet bag leaving my Mother to try and clean up her Mothers ashes and sort them back into the container, the entire reason why we reached out to ABC to begin with. Losing my Grandmother has been incredibly difficult on our family. We sourced out ABC so we would not have to separate my Grandmas ashes ourselves as that seemed hard to bear, yet they could not even manage to that properly. From the up sell to treating my Grandmas remains in such a poor way, I am heartbroken and disgusted by this business. I hope I will not need a business such as this for a very long time, but when I do I will never be retuning to this one. Anywhere else would treat your loved ones better, and in a time where there has been so much pain they only added to it.

Absolutely outrageous the service there advertising is very upsetting to families that need there help. We called multiple times .had a lady answer who was no help once so ever .then wait for answering machine , and it says it's not hooked up. Then they have the nerve to have a sign in the window saying saying they will not tolerate any kind of abuse. Unbelievable. I would suggest NOT to deal with the frustration you experience with this particular store. Grieving for the loved one you've just lost . Heartless ppl

We took my mother there in December for cremation. When I called to see if she was ready I was told I didn't have permission to pick her up? I'm the executor of the estate . When they cleared that part up I picked her up with the paper work death certificate and such. But the wrong name was put as executor? Adam told me it doesn't matter all will be fine? No!!! Because of this the bank demands the estate go to probate Cost $2500. For Lawyer and up I called Adam to ask how this happened ? He just hung up on me not even saying sorry.

The staff are amazing. They treat everyone with dignity and respect and provide the guidance to individuals when a death occurs. They are a fraction of a cost of funeral homes so you will save thousands. They are an alternative cost effective solution to funeral homes and planning.

Honest. No strings attatched. I was surprised no one told me I can bring in my own urn anywhere else. Very nice job.

NO CUSTOMER service! The initial conversion was great, however after my loved one passed there was no communication or costumer service. They didn’t answer any of my questions or offer me to go with my loved one for cremation. I wasn’t told what she would be cremated in or if I could put an outfit on her or anything. If I had the option to sit with my loved one I would’ve.and the finger print service they offer didn’t even look like a finger print. When contacting them they just said nothing we can do. Save yourself and do not go here!

These people are disgusting and disgraceful! They will sugarcoat everything and have you leave believing you've been taken care of when in all honesty all they really want is your money. Save yourself from the stress and grief they have caused my family and myself in our time of need and look elsewhere!

My parents chose this for their cremation and us and as I was a but reluctant at first, I must say they did a great job. All paperwork was available for death certificates etc. Good experience.
