When my sister, Patricia (Redden) Sargent passed away I had no idea who to contact to arrange for services as I am not familiar with Ogdensburg. Several of my sister’s friends told me that her final wishes were to be cared for by Fox and Murray. After meeting with Patti I now know why. Patti was amazing. Our father was a successful funeral director in Plattsburgh for over 30 years and he always stressed that in order to be a good funeral director you had to be professional, organized, compassionate, and most importantly, sensitive to the emotional needs of the family. RESPECT... for heavens sake the deceased bioligical family were segregated without acknowlegement for those paying thier respects. Never would i reccomend a place with such terrible bedside manners. To your facility a deceased is just a number but to many they are still a loved one. VERY disapointed in the placement of people as i am sure the deceased would of have been too..
