It was with the utmost devastation that my only child tragically passed away April 2, 2020. Jesse Webb at Burkview did everything he could to help ease the pain by being very empathetic, paying attention to detail, listening and answering my questions, not up-selling of any kind, being very prompt and professional. Burkview is a beautiful, clean open space with everything you need to have a heartfelt memorial. My son died far too young and no parent should ever have to deal with this pain but I am very grateful to Jesse and the staff who did everything in their power ( even with Covid Restrictions ) to add a touch of grace during my darkest hours.

The staff and the funeral director guided me every step of the way. Thoughtful and professional. My only regret is that I bought a necklace that was not cheap to wear with my father's ashes inside. Not even a week later, the heart caused a severe skin reaction. I assumed it was made from silver which I'm not allergic to, but I can't wear it.

She made everything so simple for us and was always accessible to answer my endless questions. Being a Covid era funeral meant small numbers in attendance but Susan went out of her way to make it possible for us to have the funeral available by Live Stream which meant so much to us and those that couldn't attend.

The Funeral Director, and all of the staff that we encountered at the Burkeview Chapel are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They expertly guide you through the difficult decisions that must be made when a love one passes on. I have used their service on two occasions and will not hesitate to seek them out again when need arises. The Chapel itself is well laid out, with a reception room on site. All of the "behind the scenes" aspects of the service are expertly handled and everything occurs like clock work.
