Tight As One Entertainment

Our experience was ok. The main issue we had was they forgot to take my Dads fingerprints. We had it down on our paper work they told us they had it when we finished paying up what we owed. Than my mom gets a call the next day telling her that a mix up happened and no one had taken it. I was planning on getting rings and jewelry made with his finger prints on them. This is so disappointing! My advice is to make sure you stress how important getting the prints are for your family. I really hope they did not charge us for a service we did not get. At this point I don’t recommend this funeral home, because this mistake could have been prevented by being more organized or hire more staff.

I spoke to John Bajwa at Avalon, who took his time to educate me on the funeral business and the importance of preparation of paperwork, including wills. No matter who you are, Avalon is ready to provide services and take into account your culture and religion when approaching this sensitive topic. I can highly recommend Avalon as a good place to start when forming a will, advanced directive or preparation for funeral services.
