I had the privilege of having Kyle Grundy as my director and helper to navigate through the process of making arrangements. He was professional and most helpful. He kept me up to date with the timing of the process and what to expect. The obituary that was composed by Kyle was kind, tasteful and specific and touched the hearts of those reading it. I appreciated the provision for friends to leave condolences and photos of the one who has passed. There was no extra fee for this provision. I was pleasantly surprised at what was included in the price of the package I chose. Great value! Thank you Lois for notifying all government agencies like CPP, OAS, OHIP, CRA, and more that other funeral homes hand you a list of places to contact and to run all over town to contact. Beckett -Glaves was most amazing. Needed a location for my husband's funeral a.s.a.p , as we had another location but last minute decided against it. Todd was most accommodating in an emergency situation. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Todd you made things happen that totally took the stress off of me, so I could focus on healing. I searched the Internet for funeral homes, looked at several on line then found this one. So glad I did! Best Service, So compassionate about your feelings and want to take care of everything so you don't have to deal with added stress. This home is so inviting, with its dressed up ambience, and beautifully furnished with antique relics. You will find Massive space all over with private rooms, Chapel, & lounge areas. No lack of bathrooms which are conveniently located with personalized hand towels. The difficult process made easy by the wonderful staff and directors. All of my concerns were taken care of by them. They even let our family pet attend the visitation, service and luncheon that they totally organized in such a way you thought you were at a wedding not a funeral. There was staff at hand at all times helping you feel more comfortable, also asking if everything was alright and if they could do something else for you. I have so much more to praise them for but don't want to drag on. Just know that this luxurious funeral home let's you feel calm, relaxed and at ease during your difficult time. No regrets or complaints here!
